1. When will my stickers arrive?

We aim to despatch all items the same day where possible but please call us if you need something urgently as some of our products are printed to order and need a little bit of time to dry fully before we can pack them. During the busy Christmas period we bring in extra helpers to make sure you get your window display stickers quickly and on time.

We offer several different postage options from Standard Delivery (2-3 days) or Next Day Delivery (if ordered before 12 midday) for items that are in stock. Please check our Delivery options page for further details.

PLEASE NOTE if you place an order after the cut-off time of 12 midday on a Thursday for Next Working Day delivery your order will be despatched on Friday and delivered to you the following Monday.

2. What does Double-Sided print actually mean?

Recently we introduced our new, rather unique, LUVIT (Layered UV Ink Technology) double-sided window stickers. This is where a layer of white ink is sandwiched between two layers of colour. Unlike normal window stickers which are produced by most other companies (who don't bother with the extra layer of colour) our full colour window clings produce a much stronger colour in all lighting conditions, when viewed from the outside and now the inside too! Brilliant!

All of our off-the-shelf window stickers are reverse-printed onto easy to apply (and remove!) static cling material for application to the inside of your window, to be seen from outside. Of course, if you would like something a little more permanent then we can print to a range of sticky self-adhesive vinyls too!

Please remember that if your sticker has text on it, it will look back-to-front from the inside as it is reverse printed so it can be read from the outside.

(If you want stickers to be seen only from inside then just let us know and we can print them specially for you so that you can apply them to internal windows, glass display cabinets and mirrors)

3. Can you print Custom Stickers?

Oh yes! Stickers4 specialise in short run custom printed stickers, whether they are window stickers, car stickers, labels or cut vinyl graphics. We've invested heavily in the latest digital print technology which allows us to print to a wide variety of materials for applying to virtually any substrate. We can either print from your own artwork (see our Designer's Corner for information on artwork preparation) or you can let our in-house design team assist you in bringing your ideas to life!

4. Can you change the size of your standard stickers?

Yes we can! Just let us know which designs you are interested in along with the size of your windows and let us work out the best way to make them fit! Please bear in mind that for really large windows we may have to produce your designs in sections. However, once applied you won't see any joins.

5. Do your colour window stickers leave marks?

Absolutely not! All our window stickers are reverse printed to clear static cling using the very latest high tech printing equipment, which means that the printed side of the stickers doesn't even touch the glass, therefore it's impossible that the sticker can leave marks - even our double-sided ones! Just make sure you follow the instructions properly and apply the unprinted side to the glass.

6. Is static cling resuable?

Yes indeed it is! All our static cling window stickers are reusable. Just keep hold of the backing sheet that the stickers are supplied on and place the sticker back on to it when you are finished with it (if they are our double-sided full colour stickers then remember to apply the shiny side to the backing paper otherwise the ink might stick to the paper). Then just store flat for next year.

We recently had a phone call from a customer who has been using her Christmas window clings for 7 (yes seven!!) years - that's remarkable value for money!!

Sometimes, if the stickers are stored in a very dry environment, you might find they become slightly brittle and lose their clinginess - not a problem... just soak them in a bucket of water overnight and they will rehydrate. Don't worry if they go a little cloudy, this should disappear after a day or so.

7. Do you deliver abroad?

Yes! We regularly ship to all four corners of the globe. There are various shipping options available to you during the checkout process, including an Express service which is really fast! We often get praised for the fact that deliveries have arrived on the other side of the world within 36 hours of them being ordered. Whilst we'd like to take all the praise we would also like to thank our shipping partners who do most of the hard work!!

8. How much does it cost to send items abroad?

Well that really depends on what you order and where you live. To be able to offer a reliable international service we use reputable couriers such as DHL and FedEx (unfortunately The Royal Mail just can't offer a fast reliable service Internationally)

Our charges for International Shipments are based on the courier companies' costs and include fuel surcharge costs etc. We do not make any profit on any of our shipping costs which are updated regularly.

NB. All International EXPRESS Shipping prices are based on delivery to main metropolitan areas. Areas which are deemed as ‘Remote Areas’ by the courier companies will be subject to additional charges. If, when we book your shipping, your delivery address is classed to be in a remote area then we will contact you to take additional payment. All quoted transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

9. Do you supply magnetic stickers?

We used to supply magnetic stickers and signs but have since stopped due to the problems they cause. They require regular cleaning and if they are left on a vehicle for too long they can bond themselves to the paintwork making then virtually impossible to remove without causing serious damage. Not good!

10. How will my stickers be packed?

The vast majority of the items we sell are too big to fit in an envelope so they'll be sent out in our own Stickers4 packaging which is a white box measuring 44cm long x 8cm x 8cm. Bigger orders will be sent out in larger boxes.

To help keep costs down, and to do our bit for the environment, we don't use excessive packaging materials. Most items are supplied on their original backing sheet and rolled up and popped straight in the box for despatch. Better for the environment, less expensive to send and less waste for you to have to dispose of!

11. How do I return an item?

In the unlikely event that you want to return an item then please call us or email us immediately to obtain a returns authorisation. Items can only be returned in their original condition and must not have been removed from their backing sheet.

As most of our stickers are seasonal they must be returned to us within 7 days of a returns authorisation being issued.

PLEASE NOTE that we are unable to accept returns that do not have a returns authorisation.

If an item is faulty or damaged then we will refund your original postage costs.
